3W Construction was founded by Ray Hasch with a simple but meaningful purpose: to provide exceptional construction services by building custom homes while doing business the right way. 

The name 3W honors Ray’s three sons—Walker, Weston, and Wyatt—and serves as a daily reminder of the values he brings to every project. 

Rooted on the Central Coast, 3W Construction was established on the belief that quality craftsmanship, honest communication, and strong relationships are the foundation of a successful build. Ray set out to create a company that clients could trust—one that values integrity as much as precision and treats every home as if it were being built for his own family.
