3W Construction was founded by Ray Hasch with a simple but meaningful purpose: to build exceptional custom homes while doing business the right way. 

The name 3W honors Ray’s three sons—Walker, Weston, and Wyatt—and serves as a daily reminder of the values he brings to every project.
